Palladio Award 2003

Enders Park Community Center located in Baldwin Park, Florida was the winner of the 2004 Palladio Award for Commercial & Civic Architecture: Baldwin Park, Orlando, Florida New Design & Construction. The Enders Park Community Center is the first community center planned for the Baldwin Park neighborhood in Orlando, Florida. The facility houses a meeting hall, kitchen, exercise facility, locker rooms, pool area, and children’s play area. It is located on Fern Avenue in the Southwest corner of the development. The facility opened in 2003 and is already a focal point and gathering place for the growing community.

Aurora Award 2008

2008 Tradewinds Show Home located in Baldwin Park, Florida is the winner of 2008 Gold and Best in State (Florida) Aurora Awards and 2008 national BALA Awards for Best One-of-Kind Spec Home (6501 Sq. Ft. and over). This Roman Courtyard House is facing a lake in Baldwin Park, strategically oriented to capture the prevailing breeze coming off of the lake. The focal point of the central courtyard is the pool & spa with waterfall, surrounded by large Nana doors that slide open to blur the lines between the outdoors and interior wings of the home. Transom windows and high 13’ ceilings encourage natural ventilation. Two bedrooms on either corner at the front of the home feature their own private 12x10 indoor cabanas. The living wing and the master wing are both situated to optimize the lake view. The master wing also boasts a private terrace with a Zen garden.
