2001, Celebration, Florida
This Spanish revival home emulates the classic residence of 1920s and 1930s Florida or Southern California. The exterior design is restrained with using traditional Spanish stucco and tile roof. The interior design of the home is reminiscent of an Old World Spanish style farmhouse: touches of opulence without being austere. The barrel vault gallery and vaulted ceilings throughout the home lend an air of openness and the modern floor plan maintains the shape and definition of each room and its function.
