Geoffrey Mouen worked on Celebration’s master plan as an Associate at Robert A.M. Stern Architects from 1991 through 1999. While at RAMSA office Mr. Mouen designed several Mixed-use buildings in the Celebration Town Center. In 1999 He moved to Celebration to become the “Town Architect” in charge of all architecture and Urban design for the community. Now home to over 10,000 people the world class classic American hometown won the ULI best planned community in 2001. Geoffrey’s strong leadership and watchful stewardship provided great success over the years. His keen eye and patient teaching have set an example for multiple other New Urban Community leaders and Town Architects around the country. Mr. Mouen Currently assist the ARC and HOA Boards in the detailed review of changes in the Town.
